The Official SADC Trade, Industry and Investment Review (SADC Review) was devised by myself in 1996 as a one-stop reference book on the Southern African Development Community (SADC), its Directorates, and the trade and investment opportunities in its Member States. Since its launch in 1997 at the Consultative Conference in Windhoek, Namibia, the publication was produced every year till 2007. It was published in association with the SADC Secretariat and was distributed free of charge to key decision-makers in the private and public sector. Funding was sourced from the sale of advertising space.
